Serve at Frontline Tysons

Frontline Tysons is a large place and we rely on volunteers to serve the members of our campus. There are volunteer opportunities in many areas which are listed below. Contact the ministry directly if you are interested in serving.

New People Ministry desires to welcome and connect those who are new to Frontline Tysons to not only our community, but to Christ as well. Friendly and outgoing volunteers are needed at the Welcome Team, Connection Point Meeting, Monthly Dinners, Events, and other areas.

Frontline Events connect Frontline Tysons attendees through activities and retreats, while experiencing community in Christ. Volunteers are needed to be Team Leaders, Assistant Team Leaders, and Volunteers.

Sunday Night Teams serves as our “first foot forward” to make people feel welcome at Frontline Tysons from the moment they walk in. Volunteers are needed for Greeting, Ushering, and Communion Teams.

Small Group Leadership: Small groups are the primary way that we build community and inspire group members to become fully devoted followers of Christ at Frontline Tysons. Leaders and coaches are needed for men’s, women’s and married couples groups throughout the DC area. Training for small group leaders is offered every other month. If you have questions, please contact Michele at michele.spainhour@mcleanbible.org.

Global Impact Mission Trip Leadership: We strongly believe that every maturing follower of Christ should wrestle with their own role in fulfilling the Great Commission. This being the case, we view our short-term mission team leaders as the key to educating the community as you disciple, train and lead the young adults on your team. If you have questions after reviewing the leadership website, contact Dan at dan.iten@mcleanbible.org.

Athletics uses sports as the vehicle to connect with people and share Christ. Volunteers are needed to lead Adventure Sports events, coach league teams, and coordinate pick-up sports activities.
