Frontline Tysons Winter Weekend Away

Join us for the long-awaited, first annual Frontline Tysons Winter Weekend Away! Frontline Tysons is heading to Canaan Valley, West Virginia on February 24-26th, 2012 for a weekend of skiing, snowboarding, snow-tubing, ice-skating and even a little teaching from our Campus Pastor, Will Pavone! There is something for everyone, and we even have separate pricing options depending on your interests. So grab your mittens, and get ready for a great weekend of building relationships within our Frontline Tysons community.
If you’re new to Frontline, Winter Weekend Away is a great opportunity to meet new friends and get better connected to the Frontline Tysons community. For those who have been around for awhile, it’s a chance to catch up with old friends, meet new people, and invite your friends!
ABOUT THE LOCATION
Situated in a scenic and tranquil setting in the Mid-Atlantic, with endless recreation and family-focused activities, Canaan Valley Resort is a four-season destination providing the perfect escape for all ages. Fifteen miles long by three miles wide, Canaan Valley is the highest mountain valley east of the Rocky Mountains, with a base elevation of 3,100 feet.

ABOUT THE COST
We have several package options for both skiers and non-skiers. Room rates are based on room occupancy.
What does my registration fee include?:
- 2 nights lodging in motel-style rooms
- 4 meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner on Sat, February 25th and breakfast on Sun, February 26th)
- 2-day ski/snowboarding lift tickets (valid from 4pm on Friday, February 24th until 1pm on Sunday, February 26th. Check-in begins at 2pm on Friday, and we encourage you to arrive early to make the most of your weekend!
- 2-day ski rentals (includes boots and skis). Ski rentals are considered free and no discount will be provided if you bring your own equipment. PLEASE NOTE: Snowboard rentals are an additional $15.
- 2-hour ice-skating session and bonfire on Saturday evening, February 25th
- Access to an indoor heated pool and fitness center
- Parking
- Shuttle bus from hotel to ski area (approximately 5-10 minute ride)
Rates:
*Please note all rooms have 2 double beds and no cots are available. Twin air mattresses are allowed. When registering, you will have the option of choosing up to three roommates. If you choose an occupancy rate that is higher than the number of roommates you indicate, you will be matched up with additional Frontliners to fill your room. If you know who you would like to room with, please ensure that all roommates choose the same occupancy rate when registering. A $20 change fee will be incurred if you need to change your room occupancy after registering and is subject to availability.

ABOUT REFUNDS
REFUND POLICY: Full refunds (minus $25 cancellation fee) will be granted until Monday, February 6th, 2012. Fifty percent refunds will be granted until Sunday, February 19th. There will be no refunds issued after Sunday, February 19th. No transfers of registrations are permitted.
