Early Registration Extended! Man Conference (May 18-19)
Join us May 18 and 19 for the MAN Conference: What’s at Risk… Keynote speaker Todd Wagner, Senior Pastor of Watermark Church in Dallas, TX, will discuss “What’s at Risk” if men don’t answer Gods call to biblical manhood, spiritual leadership and living life in community. Evangelism Team (May 19)
“Come, follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.” (Matthew 4:19) Don’t miss the next street evangelism outing on Saturday, May 19, at 7pm in DC. There will be pizza, devotional, prayer and instruction before going to pass out gospel tracts in Adams Morgan. Annual Memorial Day Picnic (Register by May 23)
Join us at Lake Fairfax Park in Reston from 11am-3pm! Register online to enjoy a barbecue meal from Red, Hot, & Blue! You can also participate in field games, volleyball, or just spend the day getting to know other Frontliners. Baptisms (Apply by May 27)
Baptism is an act of obedience to God and is an outward symbol of a person’s inner faith and decision to be a committed Christ-follower. If you have not been baptized as a believer, you will have the opportunity on Sunday, June 10, during the Frontline Tysons service. Girls Night Out (June
What is God’s message for women facing tough realities? Join us on Friday, June 8, in the Smith Center with speaker Heidi Meares. It will be an evening that promises laughter, tears, fellowship and food. Light Refreshments are at 7pm and program starts at 8pm. Summer Serve with Kids Quest

Volunteer at ‘The Rock’
The Rock Student Ministries is looking for men and women who have a passion for Christ and are interested in seeing how they can make a spiritual impact on the lives of students in our area. We are currently looking for people to lead or co-lead student small groups, lead a once a week Sunday table group, help with our greeting and check in, and more! Special After-Frontline Prayer Time (This Sunday)
As we learn about prayer through the Psalms in our Frontline Services, we want our congregation to have the opportunity to pray together more often. This week, we are going to be holding a special prayer time immediately after the service. If you can, please plan on staying at Frontline a little later than usual so we can pray together.

Small Group Leadership Training (May 5)
Join us for a day of interactive training and discover what it takes to lead a life-changing small group. The training will be Saturday, May 5, from 9am-2pm. The training is beneficial for both new leaders and for experienced leaders who are new to Frontline. Community Night: Brazil (May 6)
After Frontline Tysons, in Community Room B, we will have the opportunity to hear from our Global Impact Brazil team who recently returned home. Run with Team Jill’s House (Register by June 30)
Help celebrate children with special needs and renew their families by running the Marine Corps Marathon or 10K with Team Jill’s House! The MCM will take place on October 28, 2012 at 8am in Washington, DC. Jill’s House has several spots available on their Charity Partner Team. Women’s Clothing Swap (April 29)

Volunteer with Access
Give a special parent a break from the care of their child with disabilities by becoming a respite buddy four hours a month on a Saturday afternoon. No experience necessary; will train! For more information, email sheena.austria@mcleanbible.org.

Elder Nomination
In accord with our church Constitution, prospective Elder nominations will be received during the month of April. Currently, there is not a need to add to the Board. However, those who are recommended by the Nominating Committee and approved by the Board may be invited to participate in an Elder mentoring process when there is a need to replace a current member or add to the Board. If you would like to nominate someone, please talk to the individual first to assure that he prayerfully aspires to the position of Elder (1 Timothy 3:1), then give that person’s name to Elder Mark Hernandez at mark.herdandez@mcleanbible.org. Before nominating someone, please review the qualifications and duties of elders, which are available at the Welcome Center.

Serve at Jill’s House this Summer
We need 20 volunteers per day to serve children with special needs during our summer day camp and overnight programs. Join us and be inspired! Training scheduled for May 2, 5, 19 and 23. Global Impact: Haiti and Tanzania Team BBQ (April 15)
Join the Haiti and Tanzania GI teams Sunday, Apr 15, after Frontline for a BBQ to support their upcoming trips! The event is free and donations will be accepted for both team’s trips. Also, the Tanzania team is taking any extra toothbrushes or toothpaste you might have to donate to the ministry in-country. Cross Cultural Ministries (CCM) Update (April 18)

Easter Sunday – All Four Campuses Joining for One Amazing Celebration (April 8 )
Ever since we went multi-campus, we’ve been looking for an opportunity to bring all of our campuses together for one service and Easter is that time. It’s the most significant celebration of the year for us as believers. So, Silver Spring, Arlington, PW and Tyson’s are all meeting at 5.30PM on Easter Sunday (April 8th) in the Smith Center at the Tysons Campus. Trust us, you want to be here for this.
