Snack Cake Sunday
Nutty bars, zebra cakes and oatmeal cream pies…are you hungry yet? Join us after the service this Sunday July 25 for a snack cake Frontline after party. Just come hungry and enjoy one of your favorite Little Debbie treats.
Connect Dinner this Sunday
Are you new to Frontline or don’t feel connected yet? This Sunday following the FL service there will be a New People Connect Dinner at Fuddruckers. This is a great way to get to know other Frontliners as well as learn more about the different Frontline ministries. Stop by ‘Connection Point’ in the newcomer room for directions. We hope to see you there! Don’t forgot to head over to Fuddruckers after you grab your snack cakes!
The Last Well Aconcagua Climb Interest Meeting
Attention mountain climbers: don’t miss your opportunity to climb Aconcagua in Argentina December 27, 2010 – January 18, 2011 with The Last Well! You could be a part of providing clean water and sharing the Gospel with the entire nation of Liberia. Join a team of adventurers while raising funds for – and awareness of – the water needs in Liberia. This trip is open to men and women who would like to be a part of our team. You have the opportunity to live out and proclaim your faith by helping to solve Liberia’s water crisis in the name of Christ. Whether you’ve been a mountaineer for life, or never been on a mountain before – come check us out! What We Teach/ What They Teach Seminar
All leaders of small groups, community groups, studies, etc. are invited to attend this intensive leadership seminar for an explanation of MBC’s doctrine in comparison to what other churches teach. Serve Up Some Fun On Saddle Ridge Ranch At Twilight VBS!
Volunteers, come have fun with Friendship Club members (16+ with developmental delays) at their August programs: two-week day camp August 2-13 (9:30 am – 3:00 pm), or help out as a ranch hand at Twilight VBS August 23/25/27 (6:45-9:00 pm), & August 28 (9:45 am – 2:30 pm). DC Schools Project
Many of Washington, DC’s public schools are in a sad state of disrepair. But we can make a difference! With the school year fast approaching, Frontline is partnering with the DC community to clean up these schools before students arrive for their first day of class. “Own The Mission” and share the love of Christ in a practical way. We would love for you, your small group, your co-workers, your family, and your friends to join us on August 21st from 7:00 am – 1:00 pm to serve our city in Christ’s name. Event Planning Volunteers
Frontline is looking for volunteers with event planning experience who would like to help coordinate outreach events. The volunteers should be creative, detail oriented, able to lead, and passionate about serving others. They should have a go-get-’em attitude.
